Set of 4 Mid-century Double Old Fashioned Glasses by Culver, 22K Gold Chevron

A set of four Double Old Fashion glasses in 22K gold by Culver in the pattern "Chevron", offered by Snowdrift Antiques. Was founded in Brooklyn, NY in 1939.

Back in the day, Culver glasses were known to be lavish and full of style with their 22K gold accents. Sixty years later, they remain lavish and full of style.

This set of four are "double old fashioned" glasses by Culver, in the pattern known as "Chevron". They are from the 1970s.

They feature the classic 22K gold highlights Culver is known for in chevron and triangle patterns. The frosted glass part of the glass has the very slightest tint of lavender. The glass is heavy and has a good, substantial feel in your hand.

This set is in excellent condition. There is no haze from dishwashing. There are no nicks to the rims. I would say they have been probably been used, but rarely and they were treated gently.

There is very minimal loss of gold. See images 7 & 8. Inches tall with a dia. These are very nice Culver glasses with some mid-century/Mad Men style. These glasses will be double boxed. This will increase the cost a little but will ensure intact arrival.
